This morning our Quilate gave birth to 7 little girls!
We are very delighted! More news will follow soon.


10.02.2009: We are expecting puppies !

Our vet confirmed today that Quilate will have puppies!
They are expected mid March which will guarantee an exciting spring.


14.01.2009: Garbi has mated Quilate succesfully today.



17.12.2008 - We had a lady visitor !

The charming Alice aus dem Dollberger Holz turned Garbi’s head.
Now we keep our fingers crossed that many cute pups will arrive in mid Februrary.

6./7. 12.2008 - CACIB Kassel

At the national show on Saturday our dogs got the following results:
Diva del Somni Catala got a SG1 in Junior class and finished her German Juniorchampion ( VDH).
Senda de CanMuc started in the intermediate class, received a V1, best female and got the BOB.
Quilate de Valdegoscan got a V1 in the open class.
On Sunday 7th December the international dog show took place with 7 Gos d’Atura -
Diva started again in the junior class with a SG1.
Senda de CanMuc made as on Saturday a V1 and received the CACIB.
Quilate de Valdegoscan got the CAC for the German Champion ( VDH ).

23.11.2008 - Snow on Wietzerland !

In the night from Saturday to Sunday we had lots of snow.
Our kids and dogs noticed that with great delight.

09.11.2008 - CACIB Stuttgart

Compliments to Esplendigos Amber to a V2 in a strong junior class.

02.11.2008 - IZH Hannover

A home match with just 1hr drive – Many Catalans showed up as in addition
to the international show we had the breeding accreditation that day.
It was with great pleasure to see Esplendigos Asterix
who came with his family for to make a visit.
He has grown to a really beautiful youngster.
Esplendigos Arielle made her debut in the junior class and got a SG2.
She was really impressed by the big and noisy exhibition hall.
Diva del Somni Catala got a SG2 in the intermediate class.

17.-19.10.08 - Bundessieger-Zuchtschau Dortmund

Esplendigos Ambar won with just nine month the junior class,
made best female and BOB on the national show on Friday !!!
What a success ! Compliments to Nicole!
On Sunday she got again the "V1" in the junior class and received the second
qualification for the German Juniorchampion (VDH).
Keep it up !

During a walk in autumn Arielle lived up her name.
After she took a swim in our pool earlier, she jumed into the Weser this time.
A mermaid belongs to the water !

27./28.09.08 - Monografica

This year we visited the Monografica in Banyoles again.
We spend a long weekend with the family at the sea ( for the kids )
and went to Banyoles for the XXVIII Exposició Monogràfica de Gos d'Atura Català
on Sunday ( for us ).
A big THANK YOU to the daughter of Esperanza Lopez for translating
and all the support she’s give during the show !
The weather was fine and we could enjoy more than 100 Gos on that sunny day.
108 dogs in total were registered and with a few exceptions they have been all showed.

13./14.09.08 - CACIB Leipzig

We had a great weekend in Leipzig.
For the national show on Saturday 13 dogs were registered of which 12 were showed.
The weather was fine and so we all had a great day ( with plenty of sun and even more wind )
Diva del Somni Catala got a "Sg3" in junior class.
Senda started in the intermediate class and achieved a "V1"
plus a qualification for the German Champion ( VDH ).
Quilate achieved a „V2“ in the strong open class plus a reserve qualification for the German Champion.
Carlotta de las Landas del Sur surprised her owner with the BOB.
Congratulations !
On Sunday we had again 12!!! dogs for the international show and all were showed !!
It was a bit cloudy, but dry and actually the best show conditions.
All Gos and the corresponding humans came together and we had very lively discussions around our dogs.
Diva made a "Sg3" in junior class.
Senda got a "V1" in intermediate class and another qualification for the German Champion ( VDH ).
Our Quilate made "V4".
At the end of the day we came together for a group foto.
Who knows when we will have again so many dogs in one show....

23.08.08 - CACIB Mechelen

We went to Belgium to start at the 28th Sint-Romboutscup.
Unfortunately only four Gos were showed.
Garbi started in champion class and got CAC, CACIB and BOB.
With this he finally qualified for the international champion ( FCI ).
Senda de CanMuc started in the intermediate class and made a "Sg1".
Quilate de Valdegoscan made as well a "Sg1" in open class.

03.08.08: CAC Cloppenburg

An open air show directly in the neighbourhood - and even the weather was great!

-"Esplendigos Arielle" had her first start in the junior class.
She presented herself very nicely which was acknowledged with a " very promising".

-"Diva del Somni Catala" won the female youth class with an "Excellent 1".
She also got her 2nd title for the VDH youth champion.

-"Senda de CanMuc"had a great start in the intermediate class - Excellent 1,
best female and BOB!

-"Quilate de Valdegoscan". Dog shows are not her favourite activities,
but sometimes there's no choice... And it was rewarded with an Excellent 1 in the open class.

22./23.09.07 Monografica

We visited the Monografica in Banyoles!

On 22nd/23rd, September 2007 the XXVII Exposició Monogràfica de Gos d'Atura Català
took place in Banyoles, Spain. After a beautiful day on the sea side we arrived late
afternoon on Saturday in Banyoles. The Monogràfica started with a breeder meeting.
A big thank you to the owner of Kirsch-Whisky de L'Atzucac for all the translation.
It was a nice evening despite the language barriers and we could make some new contacts.

The show started on Sunday morning in the beautiful location of the Olympic park of Banyoles.
95 dogs were registered for the show and many breeders and visitors brought even more along.
A sight to behold! It's very unlikely to have so many Gossos in one place in Germany soon.

It was a great event, where we could admire loads of nice dogs in the ring or at special show presentations.
